Testing

I had my VO2 test and Life Line Screening performed. With the VO2 testing, I did not realize my whole head had to be under water. I do not swim. All in all it was not that bad. Once I grasp the concept of breathing under water, pulling up that bar at the same and holding my breath long enough to be weighted, I was ok.

The dunking WAS HARD! It's just not natural to go under water and let all your air out! But this experience is in no way natural...at the gym by 5 and using our bodies in ways that we didn't know we could do! Let's get healthy together!
